Megan Dalla-Camina has had a wide spanning business career across Australia, Asia and the US, working in business strategy, marketing, business development and management roles. In her current role as Director of Strategy for IBM, she is responsible for developing both the short and long term IBM business strategies, with a focus on strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence.
Megan is also an active member of the IBM Diversity Council with a focus on the women in the workplace, workforce flexibility and work life balance initiatives, and is the Executive Sponsor for the Advancement of Women in IBM.

Anne Summers is a best-selling author and journalist who has had a long career in politics and the media. Her political background includes her time as a political adviser to Prime Minister Paul Keating prior to the 1993 federal elections and she ran the Office of the Status of Women for Prime Minister Bob Hawke from 1983 to 1986. From 2000-2006 she was Chair of the board of Greenpeace International, and is currently Deputy President of Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum.

Over the last few years the business has become an emerging force in the MICE industry. Wilma Stevens
Most of Wilma's lengthy career has been within Human Resources, particularly Employee Relations and Diversity. For many years Wilma was the Commonwealth Bank's National Diversity Manager before taking up an Executive role at the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency, (EOWA). Then moving on to a role with an EAP provider as its Global Work/Life Manager, Wilma now proudly works for KPMG as its Manager People and Culture.
Wilma is a long time member of the NSW EEO Practitioners Association, many years on the executive committee and is a founding member of the Australian National Diversity Think Tank. She is passionate and energetic around the issues of diversity and work/life balance.
Wilma was honoured to receive EOWA's National Diversity Leader for The Advancement of Women award at the 2002 Business Achievement awards.

Sandra Pigdon

Sandra J. Pigdon is Alcoa’s Controller - Projects.
In this role, she is provides specialist financial and commercial advice to the Project Leadership team and Executive Management in the areas of accounting, finance, tax, project management, audit, research and development, business process controls and compliance requirements.
She was appointed to this role in July 2007.
Her previous role was Regional Financial Accounting Manager and was responsible monthend close and reporting, monthly forecasting and annual planning, administration of accounting and business policies and compliance with A IFRS and US GAAP. One of the major achievements was the successful implementation of A IFRS for Alcoa of Australia.
In her career with Alcoa, Ms Pigdon has held senior accounting positions at most of the Australian locations.
Ms Pigdon joined Alcoa in 1988 as an Internal Auditor at the then corporate office in Melbourne after working as an accountant at Melbourne Water.
Ms Pigdon has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Swinburne University, a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
She has served on a number of non profit organisation Boards in treasury and honorary audit positions.
She lives in Mandurah WA with her husband and two sons.
